As a new practice member, we thrive to be as transparent as possible about what your first few visits with us will look like. Your first initial 2 visits at our office will be covered by the new patient consultation price you pay.

Day 1- Initial consult
Prior to arriving to your first visit at Lighthuis, we will send over online paperwork to complete. This paperwork includes general information and health history, we will go more in depth with this during your day one. Dr. Maddy will take time prior to your appointment to look over your intake paperwork, so please make sure it is completed prior to your arrival.
Once you have arrived for your first visit you will be greeted and brought into the consulting room. We want to CONNECT with you, LISTEN to your concerns, and get to the ROOT of your symptoms. During this time, Dr. Maddy will sit down and dig deep into your history truly getting to know what type of health signals your body is telling us about and what type of goals you have while under care at Lighthuis.
Next, we will perform 3 neurological diagnostic tests to see how your nervous system is functioning! These three scans will show us how your nervous system is functioning. For more about each scan, click here. These scans are non-invasive and are sensory based, making them safe during pregnancy and infants.
We like to call DAY 1, the day where we gather all of the puzzle’s pieces and then DAY 2 is when the puzzle gets put together.
After the completion of scans, we will schedule your next visit!
Day 2- report of findings & First adjustment
This is where care with us gets exciting!
At this appointment Dr. Maddy will go over your scans, the connection of your symptoms to the root cause, answer any questions, and present to you your specialized plan of action for how we will reach your goals! We will talk financials and scheduling and after you have jumped on board with the plan to helping you achieve optimal health; we will get you ADJUSTED!!!
